Cynthia Sudor School Assembly

BRING CYNTHIA TO YOUR NEXT ASSEMBLY!

Schools and youth groups within a one hour drive of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, can schedule a 35-minute student assembly titled “Achieving Your Dreams.” This program is designed to inspire students to develop a dream and then work to achieve it. Cynthia A. Sudor uses her own path to becoming an author and having her own farm with Arabian horses to describe her journey to achieve her own dreams. Included in the presentation is showing students each step of the book publishing process.

Schools and youth groups must purchase 25 books and also send parents an online flyer with information on how to purchase additional books. Cynthia will inscribe and sign books. Powerpoint presentation and interactive program is presented with no additional fee.

Cynthia came to North Side Elementary for an author’s visit assembly for students at our elementary school. Each classroom had prepared for her visit by reading Adventures at Green Apple Acres. The stories were engaging and fun. Each story taught a life lesson to which students could easily relate. The children were very excited for the presentation and Cynthia didn’t let them down. She was wonderful. She showed the kids pictures of the real animals that the characters in her stories were based on. She talked about the writing process and inspired our young authors to keep up their hard work.end-quote

Author Cynthia Sudor brought her children’s book stories alive as she gave her student assembly presentation to the children of Saint Patrick School. Our pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students were engaged and impressed with Ms. Sudor’s passion and love of animals and reading. She was a true gift and inspiration for our young future authors! The children cannot wait for her to return to share more of her stories!end-quote

We love all of the Adventures at Green Apple Acres books. It is even more special as we had the opportunity to spend time on the farm with the girls in our Girl Scout troop learning about the horses and especially becoming friends with Cynthia. The girls in our troop earned their Girl Scout Silver Award by working on a project on Cynthia’s farm. Our Girl Scout Troop even invited younger girls from the Daisy Troop to the farm to show them how they earned their Silver Award. Loved sharing these books with my nieces, too, as they are also animal lovers. Thank you so much, Cynthia, for writing such wonderful books filled with life lessons.end-quote
